The car park at Drapers Road

The car park situated between numbers 59 and 73 Drapers Road was usually found to be in an unusable condition over the last few years and local residents stopped using the car park due to lack of lighting, fly-tipping, and the increased risk of car crime. Liberal Democrat campaigner Joe Dyer has worked with the residents of Drapers Road and the Council to have the car park cleaned and restored to a functional condition. The car park is now in regular use for residents only. A number of residents of are even registering their interest in adopting the flower bed at the front of car park.
