Liberal Democrats in Waltham Forest - Keep pledge on Council Tax

Liberal Democrat councillors in Waltham Forest again honoured their pledge to residents by keeping the Council Tax rise to below inflation when the Council's budget meeting agreed to an increase of one and half percent. This included additional investments of £5.7 million, some of which will go on more support for children in care and improving the cleanliness of the borough.
