The new park barrier

Residents using Roding Valley Park from Elmcroft Avenue are complaining about the barrier that has been erected at the entrance.It is so restrictive that families with pushchairs and wheelchair users have difficulty getting through it unaided. Yet despite protests the barrier is still there! Kate Garrett and the Wanstead Focus Team are investigating whether the rumours that another eight are to be built around the park are true.
