Street wardens are under threat

The street wardens in our area are under threat of being disbanded. The Council wants to remove the wardens and use the money to buy a few extra police and enforcement officers. Although these extra police are unlikely to be seen on our streets as they will be dealing with youngsters, the Council feels they would be better than the wardens. Is dealing with youngsters better done by police or wardens? What do you think? Let us know.
